Our office hours are 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday and 10AM-4PM Saturday. We are happy to consult with conservation charities or local groups who may wish to purchase multiple products of one item such as our nest boxes etc at a discount rate. In the past we have advised a National Trust group, primary schools and friends of church group with our products.If for any reason you are not completely happy with anything you purchase from us, for any reason, return it within 30 days and we will replace the item or refund your money in full.
